Episcopal School of Acadiana held the 22nd Annual Spooktacular Volleyball Tournament today at the school's campus in Lafayette.
The tournament lasted all day and was Halloween themed.
Some of the top high school volleyball teams in the state competed in the three-day tournament, including Westlake, Sam Houston, Rayne, and LCA, and more.
On Saturday, wearing a costume to the event was encouraged.
"What I love about Spooktacular is Saturday, where while it's very competitive, all the teams and coaches come in costumes, because high school athletics is supposed to be about teaching the kids that it's about more than winning and losing," explained Mike Bourgeois, Athetic Director at ESA.
