The Welsh Police Department is investigating an alleged homicide after a welfare check led to the discovery of a body.
Police say they were called to a residence on Rhorer St. for a welfare check. Officers located the body of a male who has been identified as 43-year-old Quentin Green of Welsh.
Welsh Police say they are currently investigating the case as a homicide. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Welsh Police Department at 337-734-2626.
