Second Annual Christmas in the Village celebrated tonight in Loreauville

The second annual Christmas in the Village was held tonight in Loreauville.

Presented by the Loreauville Community Project, the event ran from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Admission was free.

Prior to the event, LCP sold Christmas ornaments that could be decorated and returned to be hung on the Christmas tree at tonight's celebration.

There was food, music, shopping, and other activities.

Below is a schedule of events:

6:00 p.m. - Event begins (hanging of ornaments)
6:30 p.m. - Santa arrives
7:00 p.m. - Lighting of the tree

Kristen Bourque, Vice President of the Loreauville Community Project, explained, "The grace that everybody brings and there's no separation. The community just comes together as one and it's just, it's God sent."
