State Fire Marshal deputies are investigating a house fire in New Iberia that claimed the life of one man Friday.
The coroner has identified the victim as Keith Brown, 62.
Iberia Fire District #1 responded to the call in the 2500 block of N. Neco Town Road around 5:45 p.m. Friday.
Firefighters located the boyd of a male when they arrived on scene.
