Red Lerille's Health and Raquett Club has closed its nursery after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

In a Facebook post, the club states that the parents of every child who was in the nursery when the employee was working has been called, but invite others to call if they have questions.

"We are very concerned about the safety and well-being of all our members and workers, especially our children. Therefore, we are closing the Nursery until further notice (at least 2 weeks) until all of the workers can be tested and we feel confident that they are COVID-free," the post states.

The club encourages members to keep exercising because it's one of the best defenses against the virus, and also recommends that members follow CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask, sanitizing your hands, cleaning equipment before and after it is used, and maintaining social distance.

"We understand and appreciate that everyone wants to continue their activity level and get back to a normal life. We hope to re-open the Basketball Court soon, but only if we can do so safely. We will re-open if we can get cooperation with social distancing and a limit of 2 persons per goal. We will inform you as soon as this decision is made," the post states.
