We've been getting calls and messages all day from LUS Fiber customers upset about outages.
Our viewers are telling us that they haven't had LUS Fiber television services since yesterday.
We reached out to LCG and we're told the problem is an "infrastructure issue."
LCG spokesman Jamie Angelle says that Fiber engineers are working on the issue, but as of Sunday afternoon "there's no ETA" on when the repairs will be accomplished and service restored.
