There will be a mask and coat giveaway for the homeless this weekend in Lafayette.
Donations will be taken on Saturday, December 26, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm at the Imani Temple on West Willow Street in Lafayette. Imani Temple and the NAACP chapter are asking for for gently used coats and sweaters.
There will also be a gumbo and mask giveaway for the homeless in the area during the donation drive. That giveaway will begin at noon at the Imani Temple.
