A Lafayette man has been booked in connection with a Sunday shooting that left an 18-year-old from Abbeville Dead.
Lafayette Police say they've booked Shawntravin Sampy, 21, with second-degree murder in the slaying.
Joshua Cobb, 18, died in the shooting, which happened on Vaucluse Drive.
