Lafayette detectives are asking the public for information so they can solve a shooting that left a Lafayette man dead.
Telvis Benjamin, 26, died at a local hospital after he was shot on Joan Street back in May.
Police were called to the 500 block of Joan at about 11 p.m. on May 30. They found Benjamin and got him to a hospital, but he died. To read our story about it, click here.
