17-year-old suspects identified in Edwis Street shooting

The two 17-year-olds arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in Lafayette have been identified.

According to Lafayette Parish arrest reports, 17-year-old Drake Duhon was arrested on a second degree murder charge and illegal carrying of weapons. His bond is set at $255,000.

Reports also show 17-year-old Tyler Pellerin was arrested on an attempted second degree murder charge and principal to second degree murder. His bond is set at $125,000.

Two others were arrested on principal to second degree murder charges. On Thursday, there were reports of heavy police presence in the 1000 Blk Rue Bon Secours in Scott. Two of the suspects in this case Heidi Bergeron and Tyler Pellerin are shown to live in that area.
