Iberia Parish needs residents to report damage caused by Hurricane Barry.

The parish government is collecting information to see if residents may qualify for assistance or loans.

You can send your reports to: ipgohsep@iberiagov.net

The reports will help determine if residents qualify for FEMA Individual Assistance or for SBA loans. To qualify, the Iberia Parish government must know what type of damage the home or property received.

You can also fill out the form below for the Parish of Iberia. They ask that residents also send two or three photos showing damage.

For those without internet access, call the Iberia Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Prepardness at 337-492-5451.

Office hours are 8:30 a.m. To 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
