High speed chase ends in fiery crash

There was a high-speed chase on Interstate 49 in Opelouas Sunday night that ended with a fiery crash.

State Police say they tried to make a traffic stop, but the driver allegedly took off. The chase started at the I-49, I-10 split, and ended near Harry Guilbeau. The suspect's car caught fire there, and the suspect was arrested without incident.
