It's a great stretch of days coming up across Acadiana with temperatures certainly giving south Louisiana more of a holiday feel.

Plenty of sunshine will be with us for the next couple of days, although it'll be a tough task to warm us up on Monday with highs expected to stick around 57 in the afternoon.

Winds will be out of the north around 10-15 mph which will keep the wind chill down in the low to mid 50s for the remainder of the day.

As those winds calm down later Monday night it'll open up the door for a little frost with temperatures dropping to just above freezing across the area.

This pattern will stay quiet for the next several days with a slow warm up through the week, with the next chance of rain arriving overnight Thursday.
