FRANKLIN, LA — Press Release:
Franklin Junior High and Franklin Senior High will release students at 12:30 PM and Foster Elementary at 1:00 PM today due to a water main break interrupting water service to the schools. St. Mary Parish Schools will continue to monitor the situation and inform parents as conditions warrant. At this time, the three schools impacted will reopen tomorrow on schedule.
