Two Acadiana affordable housing developments are receiving grants from the Federal Home Loan Bank in Atlanta.
According to our partners at The Advocate, the Villas of Lafayette will get $10.4 million.
That facility will house senior making 20-60 percent of the area median income.
Country Ridge Estates, an Opelousas development that is touted as an "environmentally-friendly" development will get $8.1 million.
