The LSU Tigers are headed to the White House following their National Championship win on Monday.

The team is scheduled to meet with President Trump on Friday January 17, 2020 in Washington, DC.

The president was in attendance for the game on Monday when the Tigers took on Clemson. He was greeted with cheers from the crowd. Watch that here.

Last year, a Louisiana Little League team was invited to the White House to meet the president to celebrate their victory in the Little League World Championship.

They were given a ride back to Louisiana on Air Force One as Trump was scheduled to speak in the state.

According to the Advocate who reported the details from the White House, very little information on LSU's meeting, including a possible menu, has been released.
