The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is New Orleans is the latest victim in a series of cyber attacks in the city, according to Fox 8 Nola.
Officials say the convention center's network was attacked with ransomware on Wednesday and that attack rendered the center's network inaccessible.
Officials do not believe any sensitive employee data was compromised. Staff are currently working to resolve any issues.
New Orleans City Hall was affected by a cyber attack in December. Ransomware was also detected in that attack.
