The USDA announced that Fairmont Foods, Inc., is recalling over 35,000 pounds of ready-to-eat pork and beef gravy products that may contain materials such as clear plastic.
The items being recalled were sent to Popeyes locations in Louisiana.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions, illness, or injury as a result of consumption.
The USDA is requesting that the products be thrown away or returned immediately.
