UPDATE: I-10 East is closed at LA 3000 (Ramah) due to recovery operations underway for an overturned 18-wheeler.
Motorists are advised to use an alternate route. Congestion has reached approximately six miles.

Lanes of traffic are blocked on I-10 East at Ramah due to an overturned 18-wheeler.
The incident happened at around 8:30 on Wednesday morning.
DOTD reports that the incident involving an overturned semi-trailer is located near LA-3000 Northbound.
The right lane is blocked on I-10 East past LA 3000 (Ramah) due to an overturned tractor trailer on the right shoulder. Congestion has reached approximately two miles.
