Daigle to perform benefit concert for Hurricane Laura victims

NEW ORLEANS — Louisiana native and singer-songwriter Lauren Daigle will host a Hurricane Laura Relief Concert next month.

The concert on October 11 will be virtual and raise funds to support residents in Louisiana affected by Hurricane Laura.

It will be filmed at the Orpheum Theater in New Orleans and streamed at 7:00 pm on the concert date. The performance will feature a brand new song as well as her familiar hits.

The Grammy-award winning musician's foundation, The Price Fund, has partnered with The Salvation Army to give 100% of proceeds to provide direct support, meals and shelter for those in need in Louisiana.

General admission tickets are $25 but other options are available for merchandise and other concert features. They can be purchase online at http://laurendaigle.com/

The show will premiere at 7 p.m. on streaming concert platform Veeps, and will only be available to watch for 48 hours.
