In Cameron Parish, the Houston-based Cameron LNG's export facility has started generating liquefied natural gas from its second unit.
Cameron LNG planned three natural gas liquefication units at the Hackberry site.
In November, the company began receiving natural gas for testing and expects to reach commercial operations in mid-August.
