According to the Advocate, a search warrant has been executed by federal authorities at an address associated with the family of Saints superfan Jarrius “JJ” Robertson.

The paper reports that on Wednesday morning officers raided the location and others in St. John the Baptist Parish where Robertson lives.

There was no indication as to what prompted the raids.

The Advocate reports that business records show that the foundation established around Robertson, “It Takes Lives to Save Lives,” is not in good standing with the state after failing to file an annual report.

Robertson, 16, has biliary atresia, a rare liver disease, and has undergone two liver transplants to slow its progression. He first met with members of the Saints back in 2015 when they visited Oschner Medical Center where he was receiving treatment for his condition.

Since that time, Jarrius has been invited to attend several Saints games and other sporting events. He was awarded the Jimmy V. Perseverance Award at last year’s ESPYs.
