Resident of Franklin will be able to stock up on disinfectant thanks to one New Iberia company.
The City of Franklin is teaming up with K&R Cleaning Solutions to offer 1,000 gallons of disinfectant for the citizens of Franklin on Friday, May 15. The company was in Jennings last week and distributed 500 gallons of bleach to residents in a drive-thru style set up.
K&R president Kevin Moore was on hand to give out the bleach and said that giving out free cleaning supplies makes an impact on the community.Read more here.
In Franklin, the drive-thru will begin at 7:00 a.m. and continue through 10a.m. or while supplies last. Those wanting disinfectant are asked to bring their own gallon container or spray bottle.
A map for line up is below. The city says that vehicles not properly lined up will be asked to move to the end of the line. Those in line are asked to remain in vehicles.
