State Fire Marshal (SFM) deputies have re-arrested a Lake Charles man and arrested his mother, along with a friend.

Agents say these arrests are for allegedly setting a Westlake house on fire in 2018 to collect insurance money. The house, according to the State Fire Marshal's Office, belonged to the mother of one of the men arrested.

19-year-old Dylan Guillory was re-booked into the Calcasieu Parish Jail on one count each of Arson With Intent to Defraud and one count of Criminal Conspiracy.Guillory was arrested last week on Aggravated Arson charges in connection with a mobile home fire he caused with a flare gun.

21-year-old Caleb Fontenot was also booked for Arson With Intent to Defraud and Criminal Conspiracy. 45-year-old Krista Guillory was booked on one count each of Arson With Intent to Defraud, Criminal Conspiracy, and Prohibited Activities and Sanctions.

During the course of the investigation into a fire at a mobile home located in the 200 block of Phillips Street in Westlake, SFM investigators learned the Guillorys experienced a home fire in March of 2018. That fire occurred in the 2000 block of Clinton Drive in Westlake.

In an interview with deputies, all three allegedly admitted to their role in the fire, set with intentions of collecting insurance money.

All three were then placed under arrest. Mugshots for Fontenot and Guillory were not immediately available.
