LAFAYETTE, LA — A bicyclist is dead following a crash in the 2000 Blk of NW Evangeline Thruway.
According to police, the investigation revealed that the Billy LeBlanc 48, was riding his bike across the southbound lanes of the 2000 block of NW Evangeline Thruway around 11:30 Wednesday night.
The driver of the vehicle was traveling in the southbound lanes when the crash occurred.
This investigation is ongoing.
