Police in St. Martinville say they are searching for a man who robbed a casino Tuesday morning.
Officers say that at around 11:30 am. Tuesday, they responded to Races and Aces Casino regarding an armed robbery.
A security guard reported that a man described as 6’0” and weighing 200 pounds walked in the front door of the casino and pointed an unknown object inside of a black sock or stocking at him.
The suspect then walked to the clerk and pointed the black sock or stocking at her and she gave him the money sachel and he walked out of the door.
