The family of a teen killed last week in a hit-and-run is remembering her on her birthday.
Relatives and friends held a vigil and released balloons to celebrate what would have been Diamonesha Guillory’s 18th birthday.
Emotions ran high throughout the ceremony.
“It was very overwhelming to go over there. I did it for her. I know if it were the other way around, she would have done it for me,” said Kia Obadan, Guillory’s sister.
