The Opelousas City Council has failed to pass a budget for the 2018-19 fiscal year.
At the council meeting Tuesday evening, the vote ended in a tie 3-3.
Alsandor, Glover, and Blair once again voted no on the budget. The deadline to pass the budget is September 1, 2018.
