A new King or Queen of Seafood will be crowned early this week as a part of the 12th Annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off.
Monday evening, chefs taking part in the competition will draw for their cooking order during a reception at Drago’s Restaurant in Lafayette.
The competition, comprised of 14 Louisiana chefs, will take place on Tuesday starting at 5:00 pm at the Cajundome Convention Center. A winner will be announced around 8:15 pm.
The winner will be named the “King or Queen” of Louisiana Seafood.
