The Scott Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who alleged cashed fraudulent checks.
Scott Police say the man cashed a business check that was fraudulent at two different grocery stores in the city: one on May 18 and another on May 19.
On both occasions, the man was captured on surveillance leaving the store parking lot in a red, compact vehicle
with an Emoji front license plate.
The man is described as an older black male, medium build, approximately 6 feet tall.
