A store in Lafayette Parish is raising money for local animal shelters.
On Saturday, Ranch Outlet teamed up with Camp Bow Wow for their 4th Annual Dog’s Day Out.
For $10, pet owners could get their dogs bathed. There were also treats for sale and activities for kids.
Non-pet owners had the opportunity to become a pet parent. Camp Bow brought along some of their adoptable dogs.
The event served as a fundraiser with proceeds and about two tons of dog food going to shelters in the area.
