Registration is now open for the 2019 Miles Perret Cancer Services Triathlon.
This “mini” triathlon is scheduled for Saturday, August 17, 0219. Proceeds from this event will support Miles Perret Cancer Services (MPCS) and its mission to help local families fight, survive, and live with cancer.
The 2019 Triathlon begins at 7:00 am at Bourgeois Hall at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The course includes a 200-yard swim, 8-mile bike, and a 2-mile run.
Miles Perret Cancer Services says the event is perfect for all fitness levels, whether participants are new to triathlons or experienced athletes. Participants can sign up as an individual or as a relay team.
There are only 350 spots available and early registration is recommended.
