To get into the Halloween spirit, dozens of corgi owners got together at Brown Memorial Park in Lafayette to show off their pups in costume.
From dinosaurs to lumberjacks, the costume contest, put on by the Lafayette Corgi Club, brought out some of the cutest and most creative corgi costumes.
“Well corgis are absolutely the best,” said Lundyn Hunt holding her 1-year-old Corgi named Taco. “I got him about a year ago and actually my fiance gave him to me right after he proposed to me as a surprise, but I’ve been obsessed with corgis for as long as I can remember.”
