If you’re in Lafayette and craving gumbo, there’s still time to get some.
You can head to Parc International in downtown Lafayette for the Realtor Association of Acadiana’s 28th Annual Gumbo Cook-off.
Participants are incorporating an 80s theme, so you may see some familiar faces from your past.
There will be live music from Nik-L-Beer, and ten dollars will get you all the gumbo you can eat.
The money will help Maddie’s Footprints and St. Michael’s Center for Veterans.
The event continues until 7:30 p.m.
