This morning, Judge David Smith swore the jury in for Brian Pope’s felony trial on perjury and malfeasance in office.
Judge Smith read instruction to the jury and a clerk read the grand jury indictment. Judge Smith also gave the jury the exact law pertaining to perjury and malfeasance.
Court will reconvene at 1:00 this afternoon.
