Rayne Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal crash last month.
38-year-old Blaine Anthony Daigle was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is facing one count of negligent homicide.
Authorities responded to the three-vehicle crash on La 35 north of Rayne on October 27 around 6:40 a.m. The crash claimed the life of one woman.
Blaine was booked into the Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office without incident, police say.
