Crowley Police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting that occurred during a block party over the weekend in Crowley.

Raphues "Tonky" Joseph turned himself in to Crowley Police and was arrested on two counts of Second Degree Murder. Joseph is currently being held at the Acadia Parish Jail with a $825,000 bond.

Police responded on December 27 to the 1000 block of W. Hutchinson Avenue. Two victims who were hit by gunfire later died at an area hospital from their injuries.
