Crowley Police Chief Jimmy Broussard says that the second victim of a weekend fatal drive-by shooting has died.

The victim died on Sunday, December 27 and was identified by police as Nikita Savoy, 31.

Chief Broussard says that the department is still in the process of investigating all leads in the case. Suspects have not yet been identified.

On Sunday, family identified one of the victims as 25-year-old Joseph Castillo. He was one of three people shot during a block party on West Hutchinson Avenue. Castillo was killed during the shooting and another person was in critical condition. That person, Savoy, died later yesterday.

Three subjects were hit, one fatally. Another is in critical condition. Detectives are now following leads, but ask for the community’s help with any additional leads or tips," he wrote.
