The results are in for The Voice and Louisiana native Gyth Rigdon.
Rigdon, the Singer Louisiana native ended his run on this year’s season of the singing competition in second place.
The winner of The Voice was Maelyn Jarmon.
Dexter Roberts and Andrew Severner placed third and fourth respectively.
Tuesday during the finale, Gyth took the stage with Hootie and the Blowfish singing “Hold My Hand.”
Governor John Bel Edwards tweeted out praise for Rigdon saying he is eager to see what the future has in store.
