Affiliated Blind of Louisiana hosted a beeping baseball game today at Girard Park in Lafayette.
The game allows the visually impaired to participate in the game.
The balls and bases all beep to help each player determine where everything is.
“Just the camaraderie that my staff and students have with one another and just to come out here and enjoy a beautiful day,” Patrick Thibodeaux, Affiliated Blind of Louisiana. “And again just to make the public aware that we’re here.”
