On Monday, Gerber launched their ninth annual Photo Search Contest to find their 2019 Gerber Spokesbaby.
The contest kicked off on Monday, October 1 and will last until October 20. Parents and Legal Guardians of children from birth to four years old can enter the contest by posting their child’s photo on Instagram with the hashtag #GerberPhotoSearch2018.
The winner will be featured as brand ambassador across the company’s social media accounts and be awarded $50,000.
Last year’s winner, Lucas Warren, was the first Gerber spokesbaby to have Downs Syndrome. Lucas, according to the company, was chosen from over 140,000 entries for his expressiveness and contagious smile.
Lucas will serve as an honorary judge for this year’s spokesbaby competition.
The first contest was held in 2010.
