LAKE CHARLES – UPDATE (2:57 P.M.): All lanes are open on I-10 East at U.S. 90 (Exit 31B). Congestion is one mile in length.

I-10 East is closed at U.S. 90 (Exit 31B) due to an 18-wheeler that jackknifed.

Congestion has reached three miles. Drivers are advised to take an alternate route.

Traffic is being diverted onto Hwy. 90.
