The Lafayette Parish School Board will decide today whether to move forward with phase 2 of its staff reorganization plan.
The plan would eliminate eight positions while creating six over the next year.
Board members will also vote on a proposal to add eight new bus driver positions in the parish. They will also consider increasing supplemental pay for bus owner/operators from $3,000 to $5,000.
The meeting gets started at 5:30 pm
