The Acadiana Food hub is getting some recognition from Lafayette’s cultural economy initiative CREATE.
Wednesday’s meeting was part of a monthly series which hopes to connect people with resources to those with ideas. LCG says that CREATE helps celebrate and build cultural economy, focusing on those in Lafayette who are working to achieve those goals.
Attendees, tonight, got a behind the scenes tour of Food Hub’s Commissary Kitchen while learning how the owners help local businesses and farmers.
