One person from New Iberia is keeping some senior citizens cool this summer.
Beverly Johnny donated more than 100 fans to those who live near Anderson Street.
Johnny says she considers it her personal ministry to help the underprivileged.
"The smiles on the peoples’ face was priceless," said Johny. "Some called me a miracle, an angel. I told them, I’m not that. I’m just trying to be a blessing to someone and God is the way maker."
