The third annual Acadiana Law Enforcement Conference will be held on August 21 at the Crowley City Court and on August 22 at the Grand Opera House of the South. Both days are free admission for all law enforcement and include breakfast and lunch.
Judge Harmon Drew will be the keynote speaker and all participants will receive a free copy of the True Blue Drew Book. Topics covered include recent developments in search and seizure, applicable changes in criminal law statutes, effective report writing, Brady material, domestic abuse battery/civil & criminal restraining orders, and more. Participants will receive 7.5 continuing education credits.
