Principal and Teacher of the Year to be announced at Educator Excellence Awards

Friday evening, the Louisiana Department of Education will name the 2019 Louisiana Teacher and Principal of the Year. 

The announcement is part of the annual Cecil J Picard Educator Excellence Awards Gala. It will be held this year in Baton Rouge Crowne Plaza Executive Center. 

The gala begins at 6:30 p.m.
