Lafayette Police are working a crash in the 200 block of W. Willow Street involving a stolen vehicle that struck a residence.
When officers initiated a traffic stop on the stolen vehicle, the driver immediately attempted to flee, losing control of the vehicle and resulting in the crash.
The juvenile driver of the vehicle was apprehended and arrested on the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
No injuries have been reported.
The roadway remains open at this time.
