A woman suffering from dementia was found in New Iberia after being reported missing by her family. A Silver Alert was issued for the 82-year-old woman from Texas.
Beaumont police say her family last saw her on Monday, July 2, and she was stopped by Louisiana State Police on I-10 in Kenner on Tuesday.
Police found her today. According to a Beaumont police spokesperson, she is okay but was taken to the hospital.
