A New Iberia Police officer was arrested early this morning for an alleged domestic dispute, according to Major Wendell Raborn, spokesman for the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Richard Thomas Geiger, of New Iberia, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse child endangerment and false imprisonment/armed weapon and booked into the Iberia Parish Jail, according to the spokesman.
According to the Iberia Parish jades website, no bond has been set at this time.
